We will charge you a fixed fee per month per employee based on the following formula:

Fee per employee per month = employee salary + benefits + management fee

Below is a breakdown of what it all encompasses.


This is the base salary of your new staff member. This will be fully disclosed during the recruitment and selection process and you can freely discuss this with the candidates you will  meet.


These are the governmental and company benefits provided to your staff member. Together with the base salary this forms the compensation package.

Management Fee

The management fee covers all operational expenses such as the office space, workstation, infrastructure and all the overhead costs of your new employee. This will be described in more detail below.


What is included in the Management Fee?

As you can see from the formula above, the direct employee costs are directly charged to you as part of the monthly fee. This means that all other costs of setting up and managing your offshore staff are covered by the management fee:

Office Space
Your new team members will be housed in our offices in Quezon City, Manila, Philippines.

They will have their own workspace in our office for them to carry out their daily duties.

Hardware and Software
Our standard hardware configuration consists of a desktop PC with a 19″ LCD screen, headset, speakers and webcam. Our standard software package consists of Windows XP Pro, Open Office or Microsoft office upon request.

Internet and Telecom
Your new staff member will be given high-speed internet access. Your staff will have access to shared telephone lines and fax machines.

IT and Technical Support
Our technical support team is available 24/7/365 to make sure that any technical issues are resolved as soon as possible.

HR Management
Our HR team will manage all HR aspects of your new staff member such as compensation and benefits, attendance, attitude and performance monitoring, training, succession management and employee relations.

Operations Management
If required our operations staff will work together with you on setting up the workflow, metrics and performance indicators. It is our responsibility to make sure that your new staff member performs well and that you get a good return on investment.
